Sean Leary

General Manager, Field Operations

With over 15 years of project management and business development experience, Sean is a seasoned veteran in the development sector. Having graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer and Special Operations Officer in the U.S Navy for just under 10 years. Making the change to the corporate world, he served as an Account Manager and Sales Director in the Production Management industry for several years before joining the EduBoston team in 2011. Sean develops, nurtures and grows EduBostons relationships with partner schools, agencies, and international students. He is a devoted father to his 8 children and has been a volunteer youth coach for over 15 years in the Worcester, MA community.

Elisa Lelios

Director of Admissions

As a career educator, with experience in both boarding and day schools, Elisa Lellios has spent many years working with international students. She has taught at Northfield Mount Hermon, Miss Porter’s School, and Bancroft School. As a former English teacher and school Dean, she is well-prepared to support both prospective students and schools as they navigate the admissions process. As a mother of two daughters, she is also keenly aware of the challenges today’s students face in finding personal success and a path to college. Elisa enjoys helping students as they navigate these life-choices, and she looks forward to helping our EduBoston students to achieve, thrive, and excel. As Director of Admissions, Elisa appreciates the opportunity to help EduBoston grow and to find the most suitable matches for students and schools, so that all involved are poised for success.

Madeleine Monaghan Golda, MBA, MAT

Chief Academic Officer

Madeleine has managed an ESL department for many years and is also a site reviewer for CEA English Language Accreditation. In addition, Madeleine has been a member of the Fulbright National Screening Committee for ETA's across the world. Madeleine has extensive experience in the area of international student marketing and recruiting. She has been a guest speaker at plenary sessions at conferences, graduations and other private events.

Madeleine has an MBA in Educational Information Systems and a Masters in Arts in Teaching and Curriculum from Fairfield University, Connecticut and is currently enrolled in a doctorate program.
