Application Packet Checklist


  • Completed EduBoston's Application Form , which is completed through our online platform. Upload the following documents directly into the online application.
  • Scanned transcripts from the most recent 3 years of schooling
  • TOEFL/SLEP/ITEP test score report (if any)
  • Recommendations letters (English, Math or Student Advisor/Principal)
  • Awards/Honors (if any)
  • Copy of your passport
  • Bank statement (for 1-20)


Application Step-by-step

Interview Process:

  • Schedule your videotaped EduBoston Skype interview through our online application portal. Videos are sent with the application to your schools. Simply choose the date and time, and then provide a SKYPE ID to set up your interview!
  • Student decides on schools to apply to once the interview feedback and school suggestions are made.

Application Process:

  • Complete EduBoston's Application Form  which is completed through our online platform. Upload the following documents directly into the online application.
  • Application Package is submitted to schools and school interviews may need to be scheduled 
    • Most EduBoston partner school accept the video interview in place of a school interview. If the school requests a SKYPE interview directly with the student, EduBoston Admissions will provide appointment details and instructions. 
    • Student is responsible for adding school Skype ID in advance and video calling them on-time 
  • After all interviews have been completed; decisions of acceptance or rejection will be provided within two weeks.
  • Student must accept or decline the offer within 7days, and must commit by remitting Tuition Deposit and Program fee deposit, which includes the deposit for Orientation , Administration Fee, Medical Insurance Fee 
  • EduBoston will verify the student’s address, and the school will mail the I-20 directly to the student once the deposit and initial contract are received. 
  • Student informs EduBoston once U.S.Visa is obtained
  • Once the student obtains an F1 VISA, Student must remit within 7 days:
    • Tuition Balance
    • EduBoston Program Fee Balance 
  • And submit :
    • Flight Information
  • Student will then receive Host Family Profile
  • EduBoston will greet students at the airport and transport them to the Orientation Camp!
